The machine is mainly composed of vacuum degassing device, mixing ratio device, product tank, rack, electrical control system and so on. The automatic control system includes automatic flow control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic mixing proportion control system.
Principles
The main operating principle of the machine is as follows: the pure water passes through the orifice of the transfer panel , and then enters the water tank after vacuum degassing through the jet nozzle; The syrup enters the syrup buffer tank through the orifice . Water and syrup respectively through the mass flow meter and mixing valve , according to the required ratio into the mixing tank . Then the output booster pump will be delivered to the filling equipment.
