设备基本组成Main Composition
本机主要由真空脱气装置、混比装置，成品罐装置、机架、电气控制等几大部分组成。自动控制系统有流量自动控制系统、液位自动控制系统混合比例自动控制系统和整机运行电气自动控制系统。(如图1-1)
The machine is mainly composed of vacuum degassing device, mixing ratio device, product tank, rack, electrical control system and so on. The automatic control system includes automatic flow control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic mixing proportion control system.
基本原理 Principles
本机主要运行原理是：纯水经接管孔板 ，然后通过喷射喷嘴进行真空脱气后进入水罐 ；糖浆则经接管孔板 进入糖浆罐 。水和糖分别经；流量计和混合阀 ，按照要求配比后进入混合罐 。再由输出增压泵将成品输送到灌装设备中去。（参见图1-3-2）
The main operating principle of the machine is as follows: the pure water passes through the orifice of the transfer panel , and then enters the water tank after vacuum degassing through the jet nozzle; The syrup enters the syrup buffer tank through the orifice . Water and syrup respectively through the mass flow meter and mixing valve , according to the required ratio into the mixing tank . Then the output booster pump will be delivered to the filling equipment.
